Robust peer-led training helps you quickly adopt new tools, and you're encouraged to implement them into your projects. Autonomy and Ownership

For forward deployed roles, think of yourself as a mini business owner. You're given a plate of projects that you holistically own, manage the client relationship, and are responsible for. You're assigned support developers with management authority. Guidelines are provided, but you determine your workflows—leaving room for innovation. Our commission structure backs this: 10% on assigned projects, 20% on deals you bring in. No getting stuck at the bottom inhaling orders. You own your book and call the shots.

Benmore has never raised outside capital and is wholly owned by the partners. This is a company built by young software developers who make decisions as such. No investors are forcing layoffs, we don't have pressure to raise another round, and we operate with a long-term vision in mind.
